POSTER SUBMISSION IS NOW CLOSED

The ISCTM Poster Committee is calling for Abstracts with content pertaining to significant CNS methodological problems-solutions relevant to the meeting program topics or previous ISCTM topics.

ABSTRACTS AND POSTERS MUST BE FREE OF COMMERCIAL BIAS OR PROMOTION.

Submission Process: You may submit your Abstract online by filling out the form provided below or by email to: edisctm_secretariat@isctm.org. If submitting by email, please be sure to include all requested information and prepare poster according to Guidelines. You will receive a confirmation of receipt.

Submission Deadline: Abstracts should be submitted no later than Friday, 22 January 2010, for review by the ISCTM Poster Committee.

Notification: You will be notified of the committee's decision on or before Thursday 28 January 2010. 

Meeting Dates: 22-24 February 2010

Formal poster session: Monday 22 February 2010, 6:00-8:00 PM
Presenter must register for the meeting and attend the formal session. Poster must be presented by a scientific person.
Poster set up: 3:45-5:00, Monday 22 February.  Poster order (board number) will be included in the Poster Section of the Meeting Program book.
Poster removal: TBD - We may leave poster session up through lunch the following day.  Please check onsite.

Location: The Fairmont Washington, Ballroom I

Poster Set-up: Posters should be given to the Registration Manager for posting no later than 9 am, day of session.

Poster Review: Certificates of Recognition will be awarded.  In order to facilitate judging, if possible, please forward .pdf of poster to Secretariat for review by judging committee prior to the meeting.   Remaining posters will be reviewed onsite.  Posters of awardees will be published on the ISCTM website.

Poster Dimensions: Posters are Horizontal, not to exceed 4’ (122 cm) Vertical by 6’ (183 cm) Horizontal
As the poster session is small, it is not necessary to include the presentation number on your poster.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM
Abstract should contain:

1. Title, all authors, author affiliations
2. Content should be formatted into sections as indicated in Guidelines, with word count up to 350 exclusive of title, authors, affiliations.
3. Please review Guidelines before submitting abstract
